Kind-Care Agency is a home care Agency that will provide home care services in King and Snohomish Counties. The Supervisor of Direct Care Services duties will be Performed by the owner who is a registered nursing assistant. He will work in this role while Supervising all non-medical services. The Supervisor of Direct Care Services will Be responsible for the supervision of patient care as well as the supervision of all Personnel who deliver care to the clients of Kind-Care Agency.

All potential employees will be notified that part of their job application process Involves a thorough background check. New employee orientation and a review of Kind-Care Agency policies and procedures will be conducted by the Supervisor of Direct Care Services. New employees will be notified by the Administrator if there is additional orientation or training needed before being Scheduled for an assignment.

Kind-Care Agency Aides will be assigned to clients based on the Demands of the home care plan of care. The services will be rendered 7 days a Week and anytime within a 24-hour day period, according to the plan of care. Services will include weekends and all holidays.

The supervisor of Direct Care Services will be responsible for the direction of all Services provided by Kind-Care Agency. The Supervisor of Direct Care Services will be the individual who the caregiver will report to. The Supervisor of Direct Care Services will provide the caregiver with job performance feedback. The Supervisor of Direct Care Services role is to make sure that Kind-Care Agency is in compliance with its Agency’s Policy and Procedure Manual. The Supervisor of Direct Care Services will be on call 24/7 to respond to Any type of call or concern you may have during your employment with Kind-Care Agency. The home care plan of care will be changed whenever there is a change in the Health or medical condition of the client. Unannounced supervisory client visits Will occur every 6 months to assess the client’ home care and to monitor the in- Home performance of the home care aide. It will be mandatory that all new Employees attend the new hire orientation program after they are hired.
